TECHNICAL INFO
  • Sessions will be held in the conference hall of “Kazakhstan” Health Resort (Dostyk av. 308).
  • Registration of the participants will be on the 6th of August at 15.00 - 18.00 and on the 7th of Augustat 08.30 - 09.45 (Conference hall building, 2nd floor).
  • Sessions will be held in the conference hall of “Kazakhstan” Health Resort (Dostyk av. 308). Oral presentations duration (including translations/questions) is 20 minutes.
  • The hall will be equipped to demonstrate presentations at two screens through a computer.
  • The Technical room will be functioning on the 2nd floorof the Conference hall building (computers, printer, E-mail, Internet).
  • Russian-English interpretation (and vice versa) will be sequential.
  • Space of 70 cm (height) to 90cm (width) will be given for posters.
  • Electronic copies of the reports submitted after arrival at the conference could be given to the conference Secretariat during registration of the participants to be published afterwards.

Local currency is Tenge. You can exchange your own currency (Roubles, Dollars, Euro) in banks and exchange offices in Almaty and/or Astana.

The weather in August in Almaty is generally sunny. The temperature in the first half of the month might be between 19 to 35 degrees by Celsius. Precipitations and night temperature decrease are also possible.
