A DAS Reftek 3-component station with CMG-3 seismometer was installed in 1994 under JSP program at Talgar Complex Seismological Expedition of the Koint Institute of Physics of Earth, which exists near Alamty in the South-East of Kazakhstam since 1961. This station performs seismic signal registration till present. the station is installed in a tunnel. The station is maintained by the staff of the Data Center.

Another 3-component station Podgornoye was installed in South-East of Kazakhstan in 1997. This statino was a part of Chengiz network of stations, installed under Tien Shan project by Rensselaer Polytecnical Institute. When the project ended in year 2000 the station in Podgornoye was removed. In the year 2001 by the efforts of Data Center staff another seismic 3-component DAS Reftek station with L4C and C-5-C seismometers was installed in place of Podgornoye station. This station is presently operating.
